- These details can be available to Online portal
- All Labour details set by Online Portal are visible in PAMS. The HR/Admin can manage/approve the activities
- Labour’s InTime/OutTime can be captured as setup in the Access Control system
- Leave Management can also be set
- Temporary access can be provided using the Visitor Management Badges
- Cards can be issued or Biometric can be captured for the Contract Labours.
- This can be used for access to premises and for Time Attendance
- Contract details set by Admin/HR

- Approval of the Labours by Admin

- Training can be defined for the Labours
- Training can then be planned
- After Training, this can be recorded for the Labour for future contracts
- The status of Labours can be updated and managed in PAMS
